Our team creatively inspires businesses and each other to leverage technology and help clients seize the opportunity of a seamless world.Your Role:This is a great opportunity for an Office Coordinator looking to gain experience in HR or an HR graduate looking to enter the industry. You will be required to work across the organisation and support different teams, including the running of the Head Office. You will be responsible for managing Office Administration and supporting the Head of People and Culture in day-to-day HR admin tasks. This is a 30-hour per week in-office role, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.As an organised and relational individual, you will be responsible for the following duties:Manage reception and office infrastructure, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance;Keeping visitor arrival areas, kitchen, and common areas clean and presentable;Greeting visitors and clients and assisting them as required;Supporting onboarding of new employees and Employee Data entry into Employment Hero;Manage the business bookings calendar and IT troubleshooting requests;Provide Executive Assistant support and coordinate travel requests;Coordinating courier services, receiving and distributing mail and deliveries;Assisting with team and social events.Your Background:To be considered for this position you will have the following:Relevant qualifications in office, administration, human resources, or business are preferred;Well-organised with the ability to multi-task and think laterally;Candidates with working experience with HRIS and Time & Attendance software such as Employment Hero will be highly regarded;High attention to detail and problem-solving skills;Excellent ability to partner and communicate with internal and external stakeholders of all professional levels.What do you get in return?The security and stability of an industry leader that enjoys giving back to the community.
