As a Loan Processor and Broker Support professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our loan applications are processed efficiently and effectively providing exceptional support to our team and long-established client base.If you are meticulous, proactive, and an analytical problem solver who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you!What youll be doingMeet and greet clients in the office by phone and in person.Liaise closely with the team and clients to gather all necessary documentation and information to facilitate loan applications.Process loan applications by preparing and submitting documentation to lenders, ensuring compliance and policy requirements are met.Following up outstanding information requests, ensuring a timely turnaround.Communicate regularly with brokers and customers to provide updates on loan application status and address any queries or concerns.Identify and resolve any issues impacting loan approvals or settlements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan processing activities.Assist with the preparation of various lender and client reports.Accurately maintain our Client Relationship Management system (CRM).Manage customer phone enquiries and schedule broker appointments.Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients and lender support staff.Provide essential broker support, including marketing tasks and database management.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our loan processing workflows and procedures.What were looking forMinimum 2 years experience in a similar loan processing or broker support role within the mortgage/finance industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with brokers, lenders, and customers.Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask.Proficiency in Apply Online, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and CRM platforms.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.A commitment to providing customer service excellence.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (highly regarded).Membership with FBAA or MFAA (preferred but not required).What we offerAt Think Advantage, we are committed to providing our employees with an engaging and supportive work environment.
