This fellowship aims to bridge the gap between military service and civilian employment by offering hands-on experience in a professional setting. The Fellow will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights and skills that are directly transferable to the civilian workforce.The U.S. Department of Defense continues to pay the service member''s salary and benefits while they participate in SkillBridge. This opportunity may last up to the final 180 days of service.
