Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionIn this full-time role, based at Epworth Freemasons (East Melbourne), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the distribution of food across our Epworth Freemasons site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and timely delivery. You will be part of the Food Services team and report to the Hospitality Services Operations Manager.You will make an impact by:Effective Team Work EngagementSupervising and coordinating daily food distribution processesEnsuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all timesManaging a team of food service staff to ensure smooth operationsLiaising with kitchen and hospital staff to ensure the timely delivery of mealsMaintaining accurate records and reports related to food distributionTo be successful in this roleYou are an experienced confident supervisor, with well-developed interpersonal skills. You are a born leader with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You have a can-do attitude, and are adaptable to all situations. You also have a high work ethic to deliver exceptional service.You will have:Business Management Diploma (preference in Hospitality Management)More than 5 years experience as a supervisor in a hospital or aged care operationExperience leading a team of more than 8 staff per shiftExperience and knowledge of Food Safety complianceExperience in process improvement within food servicesWe will review applications as we receive them.About FreemasonsLocated in East Melbourne, close to public transport and the CBD, Epworth Freemasons provides a range of world-class health services.
