We are currently looking for a reliable and customer-focused Casual Guest Service Agent to join us for the overnight shift. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during your shift.Responsibilities:Process and assist with guest arrivals, departures and room allocationsProvide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesAssist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about property facilities and featuresMaintain a high level of health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff membersQualificationsA positive can-do & customer-focused attitudeExceptional communication skills and a genuine desire to help othersAbility to handle guest complaintsAvailability to work overnight shift from 10pm to 7am, weekends and public holidaysPrevious experience using Opera Cloud would be advantageousAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
