Sales Eagle Farm Full-time AustraliaJob DescriptionAs a Campos Coffee Business Development Manager, youll be a frontline advocate for us, promoting and protecting our brand within the wider coffee community. Youll be the go-to person for our current Wholesale Cafe Partners in a territory within the Brisbane metro and greater areas, including a few regional QLD customers.Youll understand our product and purpose inside out. In this dynamic role you wont be stuck behind your desk. You will be on the road, building and maintaining relationships by practising industry leading service and selling award winning coffee.In this role, youll love the ability to:Build and foster great relationships with a focus on quality, retention, and growth.Win new accounts and open up exceptional specialty coffee to everyone.Represent and showcase Campos at industry events and other forums.Train and maintain our Wholesale Caf Partners to meet our quality and presentation standards.Strategize with our Wholesale Caf Partners to increase their profitability and to meet their goals.Educate and inspire our prospect customers about what it means to be a Campos Wholesale Caf Partner.About youAs a Campos Coffee Business Development Manager, youll seriously care about doing a great job.
