Mental Health Clinical Lead required for a service in the Western Sydney area.Base pay rangeA$110,000.00/yr - A$127,000.00/yrCompetitive salary range of $110,000- $127,000 per annum +Supportive and collaborative leadership teamLeading a team of Mental Health Clinicians, Monday - Friday on-siteResponsibilitiesLead a multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Mental Health Nurses, and clinicians providing clinical assessments, risk assessments, and collaborative care plans.Facilitate access to appropriate clinical and community services for clients.Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the team.Coordinate, plan, implement, and troubleshoot service delivery for intake, triage, and brief interventions.Support & conduct Case Audits.Foster strategic partnerships within the community.Play a key role in service development, evaluation, and improvement.Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm hoursQualificationsSocial Worker, Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse with a current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration (essential) or AASW with or working towards Mental Health Accreditation.Experience working in cross-cultural settings.Excellent communication and writing skills.Formal tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy) may also consider Counselling with PACFA membership and relevant experience.Benefits of Working With UsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to make a real difference in people''s lives.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Commitment to professional development.To ApplyPlease submit your resume and cover letter online.
