As a Reverse Logistics Storeperson, youll help ensure efficient processing, inspection, and documentation of stock while contributing to waste reduction and recovery efforts.This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Working closely with various teams, youll help improve processes and support overall warehouse efficiency. If you''re looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!The Role:Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods.Track and document returned stock accurately.Identify opportunities to recycle or repurpose items.Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.Follow company policies and safety regulations.Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions.Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery.Work with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.Support general warehouse tasks as needed.About You:Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics.Strong attention to detail for assessing and processing returned stock.Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.Understanding of inventory management and stock documentation.Physically fit for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.Experience with furniture handling is a bonus.Forklift licence (LF minimum).Our ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration Innovation these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
