We are thrilled to offer a rare and exciting opportunity for a Fulfilment Warehouse Manager to join our team and contribute to a renowned Australian brand.This role will be responsible for the daily operations of our in-house fulfillment centre ensuring it runs at optimal performance. It is responsible for driving operations, efficiency, stock levels, safety, and exceptional service to our customer. The Fulfilment Warehouse Manager manages the end-to-end control over the order fulfilment process, from order receiving and processing all the way through to delivery. This role manages and is supported by a passionate and friendly fulfilment team which includes full time and casual staff and works closely with Ecommerce, CX & at times, PR & Social departments.This is a full-time position(38 hours per week), with daily hours likely to commence before 8:00am, therefore we are looking for someone who is flexible with start and finish times. This role will be based at our Head Office in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.What youll be doing:Leading a team and ensuring targets and KPIs are achievedDriving fulfilment operations, picking and packing orders to ensure customer satisfaction (at a global level)Monitoring stock levels and maintaining stock integrityLifting cartons up to 10kg and using a forkliftEnsuring OH&S standards and procedures are adhered toAccurately receiving weekly shipmentsManaging the roster and working with external agencies to ensure adequate roster coverage for peak periodsDriving continuous improvement initiatives to improve processes, efficiency, and customer serviceMotivate, drive and coach high performance through your staffTraining team membersCriteria:2+ years operational experience working in a high-volume warehouse/3PL environment preferredProficient in Warehouse Management SystemsProven experience with stock control, operations and leading a teamWhat wed love from you:Demonstrated leadership skillsExcellent communication skills across all channelsProven ability in working to strict deadlinesSuperior time management and accuracyHigh Integrity and trustEfficiency and strong attention to detailCommitted to continuous improvementHigh energy and thrives in fast paced work environmentWillingness to learnWhat youd love from us:At KOOKAI, we foster a supportive, friendly, passionate, and collaborative culture, creating an engaging and enjoyable workplace.
