Exciting project work awaits as we deliver healthcare priorities to the people of Tasmania in the prehospital field. You will be required to provide expert advice on policy updates. All Health services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.The Role:Under the broad direction of the Executive Director, Operations, the primary objective of the Policy and Project Officer is to work within the directorate to lead and support the delivery of projects, provide high-level project management and policy advice, and build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Undertake policy development, analysis and review, research, and evaluation.Provide high-level project management support and coordination, including the development of project documentation.Actively engage and liaise with key stakeholders, including establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Prepare high-level documentation including project plans, briefings, reports, submissions, and correspondence as required.Details of appointment:Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible for a period of two years. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $107,899 - $122,292 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
