Collectively, the Donor Relations team ensures that our valued donors receive the best possible service and attention.Working independently within a collaborative and friendly team, your accountabilities will include:Connect with donors to keep them informed on current MSF campaigns;Respond to phone and email queries from donors, addressing requests and solving issues;Data management in the Salesforce CRM;Involvement with working groups to support your knowledge growth;Input into projects and continuous improvement initiatives.What you will bringTo be successful in this key influencing and donor-focused role, you will enjoy engaging with people and working independently within a supportive and professional environment. You will be energized by constant learning and motivated by working in a global humanitarian aid organisation.
