In this role, you will be a part of Australias largest and most respected dedicated property research team to produce market-leading analysis on the Australian residential market for external clients and help support JLLs internal business requirements.A snapshot of the role:Tracking a range of property data variables and contributing to reports and presentations on Australias housing markets nationallyIdentify and communicate trends that will shape the outlook for Australian housing marketsManage and oversee the collection of data on Australian apartment market construction projectsHelp monitor developments in Australias new burgeoning build-to-rent (BTR) residential sector and contribute to reports and presentations on BTRAssisting external and internal clients with their additional enquiries and ad hoc research requirementsSound like you?
