The department is recognised throughout the insurance claims industry for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas. The principals that head up the team for this particular position are Nick Andrew and Nick Bell.The RoleWe are seeking a Paralegal to join our Sydney Insurance team on a full-time basis.- Duties of this role will include:Drafting court documents, letters of instruction to experts (liability and medical) and the like;Preparing lists of documents;Preparing briefs to Counsel;Drafting/Filing Subpoenas;Data entry;Managing a variety of tasks between various fee-earners;Managing and maintaining filing systems;Managing e-trial disclosure and undertaking document review;Managing priorities and work flow;Adhering to client standards and KPIs;Additional ad hoc tasks.The Successful CandidateWere seeking a driven Insurance Paralegal who is keen to support a talented and busy team and is skilled at working to a daily chargeable target.
