You may gain exposure to various other services as you grow in the role and become a more experienced member of the team.A Hawk-Eye Systems Operator works across a broad range of sports, not simply in an operational capacity but also assisting with system design (front and back end) and is a vital voice in progressing Hawk-Eyes offerings. We will equip you with the technical training, support, and full exposure to our systems to perform your day-to-day tasks, and we will also encourage development and progression to help impact what we do.What Does A Typical Day Look Like?Pre-Match Day Preparation: Organising logistics for travelling between stadium locations as and when requiredTechnology Setup: Set up our cutting-edge SMART Replay TechnologySystem Checks: Conducting pre-match checks of the systems in accordance with standard proceduresMatch-Day Operations: Liaising with AFL officials, stadium/club personnel, match officials and host broadcasters both on-site and remotelyReplay Requests: Responding to requests for replays and quickly delivering the best possible angles to help make crucial decisionsPerformance Monitoring: Analysing software performances, being able to troubleshoot and report encountered issuesPost-Match Reporting: Complete detailed reports to enhance future operations and client satisfaction.Off-Season Maintenance: Build and maintain our hardware and equipment, and assist with the installation and testing of new products and services.Why Is This The Right Job For You?
