$75,000 to $95,000 + Super + Uncapped CommissionASSEMBLE have been engaged exclusively to recruit a Tele-sales Consultant for an ASX listed electronic security company that provides CCTV and alarm products and security solutions to home owners, business owners and tenants Australia Wide. They currently have a national team of 500+ in Australia & NZ.This role is based full-time in Rydalmere at their sales team at their head office.The tele-sales consultant position involves building and maintaining client relationships with customers who are looking to purchase electronic security equipment such as CCTV, alarm, and access control equipment to protect their homes, investment properties, and businesses. They have a range of customised packages and solutions that will suit any customers'' budget.The ideal candidate will be hungry to achieve sales targets and earn market leading remuneration while ensuring their customers receive the highest value and service.This role will join an established team of 8-10 tele-sales executives with an exceptional Telesales Manager who is truly supportive and will get you to the next level.The team receives qualified inbound leads through their website and 1300 number and webforms that receive over 200,000 visitors per month who are in need of security products to protect their assets. They also have a large database of prospective clients that has untapped potential. The team has been achieving consistently solid high sales figures and they have not even scratched the surface yet.Their product offering is a subscription plan service where customers can purchase and add on wireless cameras, wireless alarms, wall tablet, and camera doorbells that can be self-installed and are app-controlled with integrations to other smart devices. They also have add-ons for a 24-7 monitoring service, installations done by their in-house technicians, and other features.They are in need of a true telesales professional who is hungry and results-oriented. Someone who has exceptional soft sales skills to build rapport with customers and wants to earn an exceptional industry-leading package.Full training provided.Some of their perks and benefits include:Starting base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 + Super based on sales experience. Base salary will increase by achieving KPI''s which will allow the base salary to grow up to $125k.Additional to the package is the uncapped commission structure that is the best in their industry.
