Our dedicated team delivers top-notch cleaning services to a diverse range of industries nationwide.Job Summary:We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant Full Time to join our People team during a period of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for various positions including frontline cleaner and supervisor roles and head office and management roles within our organisation. The Recruitment Consultant will also provide guidance and support to both managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process as well as completing the onboarding process for each candidate including references, background checks, preparing contracts and issuing e-learning modules.Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needsSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, job boards)Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate interviews between candidates and managersConduct reference checksNegotiate offers with selected candidatesMaintain accurate records of all recruitment activitiesManage the onboarding process for all new startersConduct background checks to client specificationsGenerate contract requests, contracts and new starter paperworkProvide guidance to new starters as required during the onboarding processSkills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in using recruitment software and databases (We use Employment Hero)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsQualifications:Ideally a Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources or related field1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition role (preferably within the HR industry) #J-18808-Ljbffr
