By joining us at Rauland, youll be a part of our exciting journey of innovation and growth and experience a rewarding and fulfilling place to build your career.How would you contribute to our success?Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and budgets for construction and refit activities in line with project specifications.Risk & Compliance: Continuously monitor and identify potential risks to delivering projects on time, within budget, and adhering to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, implementing mitigation strategies as required.Stakeholder Coordination & Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration to achieve project deliverables.Reporting & Effective Communication: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on project progress, risks and mitigation plans, escalating as appropriate.
