You will also support other tower work projects as required.Day to day you will be based at our Tullamarine office where you will independently manage the contract, providing critical advice and guidance to our operational team and contractors. Your leadership will drive the implementation and cultivation of a robust safety culture guided by our One HSE Culture Framework.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HSE contact for major clients, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met during audits.Lead and mentor operational teams on best practices for risk mitigation, focusing on high-risk activities such as working at heights, electrical systems, and trenching.Oversee the onboarding and safety management of contractors, including site inspections, tool checks, and coaching.Develop, review, and update management plans, risk registers, and SWMS, with a strong focus on legal compliance and documentation upkeep.Conduct end-of-month reporting and maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement.Travel Requirements: Given the remoteness of some works, audits and investigations will predominantly be conducted via desktop, with only occasional travel (approximately 3-4 days per month).About youYou are a proactive and solutions-focused HSE professional with excellent stakeholder management skills.
