The role is responsible for outstanding delivery of advice and service in organisational development, employment relations, talent management, benefits and remuneration, health, safety and wellbeing, learning and development, systems, analytics and reporting, and other strategic and operational related functions.This role is a key member and coordinator of the Employee Consultative Committee and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, as well as participating in other governance bodies. It is a trusted advisor to the LHA Commissioner and Executive Team on critical industrial and people matters.As a relatively new organisation, LHA continues to evolve and grow.
