Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices. Its our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one. And while they do, theyre supported by a welcoming team, take part in ongoing training, and are guided on career development opportunities.Pay Rate $27.48 / hour increases to $29.37 / hour after approx. 3 months, + 12% Superannuation12 weeks on the job paid training, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, various shiftsPermanent Part Time position working 20 hours per week: 4 hours per day, between 8:45am to 5:06pmRelief team members will be assigned shifts at various Post Offices within a specific area, so you must be willing to work at the following locations: Engadine, Sutherland, Miranda, Caringbah, Taren Point, and CronullaYou''ll be:Performing customer sales and service transactions with customersManaging high value transactions accurately (handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and EFTPOS)Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions, including Australian Passport InterviewsPromoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activitiesAssisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costsBuilding rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needsAssisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenanceAbout youYoure friendly, enthusiastic and reliable and you love working in a team environment.
