Join our clients thriving establishment and enjoy the perks of a competitive salary package, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity for career growth.Responsibilities:Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.Handle taking orders of food and beverages.Respond efficiently and effectively to customer complaints and requests.Organise and supervise shifts.Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, and other supplies, as needed.Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.Manage the restaurants pleasant image and suggest ways to improve it.Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.Qualifications/Attributes:Must hold a Diploma in Hospitality or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the qualification.Must possess at least a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.With proven work experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Manager, or similar role.Must have proven customer service experience.Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.Ability to have strong leadership, motivational and people skills.Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 p.a. excluding superannuation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
