Your primary focus will be providing EP services to older adults attending our centre-based programs; including both individual and/or group based modes of delivery.With a strong emphasis on enhancing client wellbeing, you will be responsible for assessing and delivering evidence based exercise programs and providing health education to customers funded through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) referred through My Aged Care; and to those in receipt of a home care package.Our service focuses on clients strengths, is goal-directed and aims to maximise independence and autonomy. Our Exercise Physiology team is a large and supportive team with regular team meetings, one-to-one clinical supervision and support from the Practice Lead of Exercise Physiology.The ideal candidate will be customer focused, reliable and adaptable, motivated and committed to the provision of customer centred care, and have the capacity to work well autonomously and in a team environment.About you:You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
