In this role, you will lead the delivery services team to ensure we build and maintain the depth of capability and capacity to effectively deliver on customer commitments leading to successful project delivery, while protecting Worleys interests and reputation.The successful applicant will be based in either Brisbane or Melbourne.ResponsibilitiesOversee governance, execution, and alignment of all projects across the location to global frameworks, ensuring consistency and best practices.Lead, mentor, and provide development support to Managers within the Function.Foster a culture of health, safety, and environmental performance across all business operations.Ensure collaboration and integration between Location, Region, and Global teams to deliver world-class services and solutions.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, sharing best practices and lessons learned across all projects.Monitor and review project status, ensuring alignment with Worley Way, and implement necessary interventions for underperforming projects.Support Sales in developing technical strategies and selecting key resources for new proposals to secure future work.Optimise resource management to effectively utilise talent and ensure development across the Location.Champion talent management, performance reviews, and development planning for workforce growth and capability enhancement.Lead the implementation of new company processes, systems, and the adoption of GID for improved project execution and delivery predictability.As part of the AUE Leadership Team, contribute to the overall AUE Location business goals and drive strategic direction.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:University Degree in related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Excellent people leadership and management skills.Ability to make difficult decisions and lead and manage others in changing business conditions.Extensive technical, practical, and commercial experience, including proven ability in leading multi-disciplinary activities and substantial experience and proven track record in managing projects.Ability to apply creative thinking to solve complex problems.Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to develop high performance culture and unlock opportunities for our people.Passion for the development of our people and how it is critically important to the success of Worley, our customers and themselves.How to ApplyIf youre a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving innovation and efficiency, we invite you to apply using the ''Apply Online'' link below.Applications for this role close on 28 February 2025.Worley recognises the value of equal employment opportunity and is committed to promoting fairness, equity and diversity in its workplace hence we encourage applications from people with a variety of experience and backgrounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
