We partner with our clients to deliver strategic creative we are proud of.We learn together, we create together, we win together.And most importantly we have fun together.About the RoleOgilvy Sydney is looking for a Senior Account Director to join the team starting in April for a 12-month parental leave contract, with the view to extend potentially.The retail account is fast-paced, expands across multiple touchpoints in each campaign and is packed with growth opportunities. You will be immersed deeply in the business and will support across a range of projects, spanning brand through to digital, all connecting back to solving business challenges.The team and client are part of what makes this role so unique. Ogilvy holds a longstanding and collaborative relationship with KFC and the wider agency village. The team is tight-knit, supportive, with no egos and always looking for ways to have fun on the day-to-day.Key ResponsibilitiesNurture relationships at the most senior client relationship levelCreate the environment to enable the agency to deliver strong creative solutions (as measured by hard & soft criteria)Deliver against a set of financial objectives agreed with the agency managementResponsible for identifying and exploiting growth opportunities to maximise income generation opportunities with existing clientsHave a point of view on the agency culture, vision, and business development for senior managementAbout YouWe''re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial principles and a keen eye for creative solutions.
