Job DescriptionWe are looking to add a BMW and/or Audi/VW automotive technician to our team!You should have demonstrated experience as an auto technician with at least 5 years working on these specific vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.Automotive Technician Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.Explain automotive repairs/issues to provide great customer service.Plan repair procedures using charts, repair manuals, and experience.Test the functionality of parts and systems.Perform basic service tasks such as inspection services, periodic maintenance, and multi-point inspections.Willingness to learn with hands-on training.Help keep the repair shop clean and organized.Maintain a professional appearance.*Experience involving the application of performance modifications and performance parts installation is a plus!Automotive Technician Requirements:5 years of experience working with BMW or Audi/VW vehicles (required).Diagnostic skills: ability to use diagnostic equipment and tire service equipment.Understanding of vehicle-specific automotive systems and chassis codes.Must have own tools.Reliable transportation and punctuality.Self-motivation and ability to work well with others.Automotive and engine repair experience or automotive training required.Hold a valid driver''s license.Must read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records.Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.May lift objects that weigh as much as 50 lbs.High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience with heavy equipment.Good hand-eye coordination.Please send us your resume.
