The Implementation Consultant will collaborate closely with customers, ensuring seamless product implementations to improve workforce management, risk, and compliance operations.How Youll Spend Your Time:Configure RLDatix products to meet customer requirements, ensuring best practice methodology and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with clients to manage the change journey, identifying potential risks and delivering tailored solutions to ensure smooth transitions.Lead user-level workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation objectives.Monitor project progress and report status to the Consulting Manager, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.Provide ongoing training and support to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the RLDatix solutions effectively.What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having:Experience in implementation consulting, project management, or a related role, ideally within the healthcare sector (Acute or Aged Care).Proven success in managing complex software implementations and driving customer success.In-depth knowledge of workforce management, risk, and compliance solutions.Ability to commute to Melbourne up to twice a week.A sincere interest in improving healthcare delivery through innovative technology solutions.A knack for working collaboratively within a dynamic, client-focused environment.By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best.
