This role provides the opportunity to inspire the next generation of young minds to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) through engaging and inclusive LEGO robotics programs.The Program Lead will drive the delivery and expansion of FIRST LEGO League programs, ensuring their impact reaches new schools and communities. You will lead professional development initiatives for educators and volunteers, oversee the implementation of LEGO Foundation Grant deliverables, and coordinate Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives within the program.In this role, you will collaborate with schools, government bodies, corporate sponsors, and international FIRST partners to foster meaningful engagement and strategic partnerships. Additionally, you will manage Robocamps, our school holiday program, generating revenue to support and expand FIRSTs educational initiatives.About YouYou are an experienced program manager and educator with a passion for STEM education and outreach.
