Your day-to-day responsibilities might include:During the D&C phase (business hours):Supporting the Verification & Validation process for key project milestonesDeveloping network rules, SOPs, and operational procedures for a world-class metro systemCollaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure seamless end-to-end operationsGaining expertise in all OCC systems to drive efficiency and safetyPreparing and delivering training programs for controllers and incident coordinatorsParticipating in Testing & Commissioning activities to ensure operational readinessControlling train movements in accordance with established network rulesDuring the O&M phase (24/7 shift work):Overseeing train service delivery from the OCCManaging operational safety and security for staff and customersSupervising maintenance planning and engineering hours setupLeading emergency response, command, and control proceduresReviewing and assessing safety assurance plans and risk analysesCoordinating communications between OCC and key stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
