Job Title: Physiotherapist- New or Recent Graduate Cairns, Queensland.Job Type: Permanent Full time 38hrs, also open to Part Time for the right candidate.Practice Information:The practice provides community rehabilitation and disability services to people living with illness, injury, and/or disability to help them live a life they love. They deliver an interdisciplinary private pain group program which is rewarding and fun. The practice has an interdisciplinary allied health team of 13 clinicians. Their clinical team collaborates closely to maximize their impact and help both clinicians and clients thrive. They offer flexibility in work hours, with no early mornings, evenings, or weekend work.Position Description:The role of a Physiotherapist is to support the community to live a life they love by delivering high-quality healthcare that allows patients to achieve amazing outcomes. They empower patients to work towards their goals and improve their quality of life through active participation in their therapy. This involves formulating thoughtful and evidence-based assessments and developing, where appropriate, innovative therapy strategies that align with the ethos of person-centred care, focusing on assisting patients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence in various aspects of life.
