Add expected salary to your profile for insightsO''Donnell & Hanlon is a dedicated, regionally based, family owned company with a proven track record for delivering the highest quality workmanship and delivery standards for large scale commercial projects.We are currently undertaking negotiations for several large scale commercial construction projects in the Northern Rivers, Mid North Coast and New England areas.We are seeking Expressions of Interest for suitable Project Managers to join our team, based at our head office in Kempsey.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of all stages of projects, on time and within budget. Management will be from the award of the contract, if necessary through design, construction and commissioning.In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stages of the projects you manage are compliant with legislation, regulations and licensing conditions.To be successful in this role you will have:5 + years Project Management experienceA Certificate IV in Project Management with a trade background or aboveDemonstrated experience in effectively managing, leading and mentoring staffDemonstrated experience with planning, managing, coordination and financial control of multiple concurrent projectsDemonstrated knowledge of the NSW WHS Act 2011, Regulations, Code of Practice, guidelines and site environmental requirementsDemonstrated experience in liaising with and managing subcontractors to ensure successful project deliveryAdvanced time management skills ensuring projects run on schedule and are completed within required time framesDemonstrated experience in conducting Start Up, Design and Planning meetings, ensuring relevant tender information has been obtained prior to project commencementExperience in the development and completion of Design PlansDemonstrated experience in the use of project management software/applicationsDemonstrated experience and high-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suites including MS ProjectAdvanced literacy and numeracyStrong attention to detailA current NSW Drivers licenceEmployee ScreeningThe successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Check and complete a written declaration that they have not been convicted, or are not awaiting trial, for a Disqualifying Offence as defined in Schedule 2 of the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012.A referee check will be undertaken as part of the vetting process.If you are interested in submitting an expression of interest for this position, please click on the ''Apply Now'' button.Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a project manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you completed a qualification in project management?Do you have a current Australian driver''s licence? #J-18808-Ljbffr
