This position supports the implementation of the stepped care approach across the Healthy North Coast region, from Port Macquarie to Tweed Heads, with the opportunity to choose your office location between Tweed Heads, Ballina, Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie.A key element of this approach is to shape the commissioning of services based on evidence-informed best practice for all people, including those requiring early intervention and self-help support through to those who need complex or more coordinated mental health and wellbeing supports.The Senior Manager, Integrated Community Wellbeing will have the opportunity to utilise their clinical experience and insights to influence the shaping of new and innovative services and ensure they are person-centred and recovery-focused.The Senior Manager, Integrated Community Wellbeing will also lead the ongoing contractual management of commissioned services and programs held primarily by headspace, a national youth mental foundation focused on providing mental health support to young people aged 12-25 years undergoing challenging times.About youWe are seeking an exceptional candidate who can build strong stakeholder relationships, manage partnerships and service contracts and provide implementation advice for new programs and services while supporting monitoring and evaluation within a continuous improvement framework.You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in health, mental health or Aboriginal health and/or equivalent management experience, with 5+ years in a similar role.If you are a passionate and dedicated professional ready to make a significant impact in the mental health sector, we encourage you to apply.
