OverviewThe key goal of the Night Manager at QuickChek is to ensure the smooth operation of the overnight shift, complete assigned tasks, and demonstrate Total Customer Dedication (TCD). The Night Manager motivates and supports fellow Team Members in being productive while the store manager is offsite. Night Managers are responsible for both Team Member and customer safety and for ensuring that QuickChek is always A Great Place to Work and A Great Place to Shop. As the Manager-in-charge, the individual is responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring all safety and operating procedures are adhered to, and modeling a positive store culture for Team Members and customers while providing a great customer experience.
