Reporting to the Client Facility Manager, this position is critical in delivering maintenance services and projects to support operational and strategic goals within a dedicated Precinct Area. You will coordinate the end-to-end maintenance process, ensuring services align with client needs and broader University and Property & Facilities Division strategies.Key responsibilities will include:Perform hands-on trade-based statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire, and electrical systems.Supervise and coordinate contractors, ensuring high-quality and timely service delivery.Conduct building inspections, provide condition assessments, and advise on technical solutions.Develop and implement cost-effective maintenance strategies aligned with the University''s goals.Collaborate on projects to enhance existing systems and improve operational performance.Participate in on-call rosters, uphold WHS standards, and assist with maintenance audits.The base salary will be in the range $91,658.60 - $98,30.37 + 17% Superannuation (HEW Level 6).
