You will have a strong technical background in survey project delivery, business development, and mentoring. We want you to be interested in all disciplines of survey, from infrastructure projects, subdivisions, and digital & spatial projects to applying the latest surveying technology and solutions to our projects.Salary package: $80,000 - $120,000, with an additional $15,000 worth of regional bonus available.The primary purpose of the role is to win work and lead people while delivering great projects to clients, minimizing project risk, and contributing to professional service delivery. The role also plays a key part in leading and fostering a collaborative culture in the Cairns office and North Queensland region while mentoring and developing others within Veris.Wed like you to liaise with client contacts on site as and when required to establish project continuity, and lead service delivery to clients, as requested, undertake and participate in consultations with clients, develop and lead project proposals, and manage projects in accordance with the Veris systems.About YouTo be successful, you will be able to demonstrate:Proven skills and experience in land development projects including the survey and preparation of subdivision, lease, easement, and identification survey plans.Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland.Proven ability to apply modern technologies in mainstream spatial and surveying activities.Ability to work systematically to achieve quality outcomes.Proven ability to work within, and lead, a team of professionals.Strong verbal and written communication skills.The ability to work autonomously and to travel.The ability to understand and successfully deliver upon client needs.Our CultureAt Veris, we value providing a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
