We are actively seeking a dynamic Digital Designer to join our amazing Design team!About the role:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Designer, responsible for conceptualizing and executing digital assets that align with Global Retail Brands'' identity, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across our MyHouse and House Bed & Bath brands. This role plays a key part in enhancing the digital presence of the company through various online marketing and sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, digital marketing trends, and the ability to translate brand strategy into visually engaging content. Additionally, they should be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive creative solutions.Key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to:Brand & Creative Execution: ensuring all digital artwork aligns with brand identity, maintaining quality and consistency.Collaboration & Campaign Alignment: working closely with the eCommerce team and design team to develop and execute digital sales campaigns.Conceptualize and design various digital assets, including emails, banners, landing pages, lookbooks, social media content, ads, videos, and other company needs.Ensure digital artwork aligns with major in-store promotional campaigns (e.g., Black Friday, Clearance) to create a seamless omnichannel experience.Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and content teams to develop cohesive messaging across all digital channels.Project & Asset Management: managing the design project pipeline, ensuring all artwork is completed on time.About you:2+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in a retail or eCommerce environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects).Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency.Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.This full-time position offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced Digital Designer to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic Design team and environment, and to help support and contribute towards the growth and trajectory of our Design and Creative efforts.
