For our careers, families, communities and the planet.To continue our success, we are excited to offer an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our Field Sales team.This role is instrumental in advancing PepsiCos "Always Everywhere" strategy by expanding our customer base and enhancing the availability of our diverse product portfolio. Your efforts will focus on growing our presence in prospective Away From Home (AFH) channels across QLD.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Drive channel expansion through new business acquisition in all AFH channels across QLD, with a focus on metropolitan Brisbane.Identify and capitalize on incremental opportunities within existing and newly identified white space channels.Develop and present commercial proposals for new customer acquisition, and track success through scorecard metrics.Collaborate with National and State Sales teams to drive new opportunities and incremental sales, ensuring project execution aligns with agreed timelines.Demonstrate advanced planning and time management skills, including the ability to cold call prospective customers and schedule your work flexibly if needed.QualificationsAbout you:Proven sales background with a track record of signing new customers and driving results through key internal stakeholders. Ideally 2+ years in a Business Development role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated and autonomous, thriving in a fast-moving environment and demonstrating strong planning and time management skills to balance time between prospective customers.Objection handling skills with an ability to build rapport quickly and maintain a positive mindset in the face of objections.Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using Sales CRM systems preferred.Project management skills and an understanding of different distribution methods (Field Sales, Distributor Sales, Replenishment models), with the ability to overcome challenges and secure new business.For you:We offer a competitive benefits package including annual bonus, discounts for Scoopon, Luxury Escapes, Asahi Beverages portfolio, and generous leave options (e.g. wellness, birthday, volunteer, parental, purchase additional leave/cash out leave)Tool of Trade vehicle, phone, and iPad, with uniforms providedWe understand that bringing the best version of yourself to work means looking after yourself holistically.
