If youre passionate about improving oral health and creating satisfied patients, we invite you to join us in redefining the culture of dentistry.Your Work ScheduleMondays: 8am-6pmTuesday: 9am-5pmWednesday: 9am-1pmThursday: 8am-6pmSelect Fridays: 9am-1pmSelect Saturdays: 8am-1pmYour Role as a Dental AssistantAs a Dental Assistant, youll collaborate with our practice team to provide outstanding clinical support, ensuring patients receive the care they need. Youll prepare patients for treatment, assist the dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.Record and review patient health histories, make chart entries under the dentist''s direction, and ensure all documentation is complete.Set up trays and instruments based on the daily schedule and procedure requirements.Prepare patients, sterilize/disinfect instruments, and maintain asepsis following OSHA standards.Assist with dental procedures, including exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs.Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and other certifications and safety requirements.What Youll Need to SucceedDental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).Current CPR certification.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.A commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.Why Youll Love Working HereComprehensive Benefits: Including 401(k).Paid Time Off: Competitive PTO that grows with your career.Career Growth: Opportunities for continuing education and development.Exciting Work Environment: A supportive atmosphere that celebrates individuality and teamwork, allowing you to thrive.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
