They bring our vision to life helping those we serve to pursue the lives they hope for and enable the communities we are part of to thrive.About The RoleAcross our urban and regional Queensland services, our team of Quality & Accreditation Partners work at all levels across local services, department leads, and corporate support service staff, to provide practical outcomes to the business in the areas of quality processes and compliance.Based in Kingaroy, this role will support our Orana Residential Aged Care facility, our Home Care program and our Retirement Village. You will also be required to travel once a month to our support centre in Milton, Brisbane for team meetings.This is a part-time role, working 5 days per fortnight.RoleThis role focuses on implementation and compliance at site level to maintain consistent best-practice quality systems and improvements, including but not limited to:Support on-site teams to understand regulatory frameworkLead coordination of all accreditations and external auditsHave input into site investigations when requiredMaintain risk registersSupport sites with development, monitoring and review of proceduresConduct internal auditingSupport sites to comply with report recommendationsEnsure compliance with Service Level AgreementBuild strong relationships with Site Managers and teams.About YouAn understanding of legislation compliance such as the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards and/or the NDIS Quality Standards, or other industries that hold similar accreditation standardsClinical staff who have an interest in quality, or experience in a quality role within the health industry, including pharmaceutical / Clinical Research Organisations (CROs), will be looked at favourably but is not essentialHigh level of communication, interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder engagementHigh level critical thinking, analytical data trend analysis and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills.What We OfferThe opportunity to be part of a respected Not for Profit OrganisationExcellent remuneration package including access to salary packagingAccess to discounts, such as health insurance, holiday and travel, gym membership, IT and home appliancesMembership to our full-service Employee Assistance Program, including professional, lifestyle and wellness supportLearning and professional development opportunities.Our exclusive Thrive wellbeing programTo apply for this position please attach your resume and answer the below questions.To view a copy of the position description please click here.Apply Now #J-18808-Ljbffr
