Our sister company, Cabin Services Australia have an exciting opportunity for aStationManagerto join the team on a fulltime basis.Reporting to the Head of Operations - Cabin Services Australia, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the base while ensuring all areas are operating successfully, team goals and objectives are met, and maintain key stake-holder relationships.Key Duties and responsibilities:Management and planning of manpowerPlanning and resourcing the operation to deliver optimal efficienciesEnsure the team are delivering quality, on time serviceEnsure the safe and secure operation of all equipmentProactively managing all operational issuesLiaising with Airline contacts and customersDriving a culture of complete accountability, fairness and zero tolerance for bullying, harassment and discrimination across all facets of the operationConducting staff training e.g. induction, WHS training, staff appraisals at regular intervalsCoach and develop direct reports and actively manage their performanceEnsure staff adherence to company policies, client and regulatory procedures and policiesHandle escalated staff grievances, investigationsRecognise and reward the team for good performance including facilitating team eventsTo be successful in this role, you will:Have previous aviation/airport management experienceBe a proactive leader who can demonstrate the ability to problem solve, make decisions and effectively lead a large teamBe results orientatedHave excellent communication, presentation and written skillsDemonstrate strong leadership qualitiesHave proven ability to plan, organise, execute and deliver KPIsHave the ability to obtain an ASIC and Airside Drivers LicenseIf you believe you have the skills, motivation and commitment required for this opportunity, please apply below.Applications close: 3 March 2025We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which values diversity and inclusion.
