Job DescriptionThe Front Desk Representative @ The Fountains provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.We have two schedules available:Part-time, Friday (10pm-6:30am), Saturday (6pm-6:30am) & Sunday (5pm-10pm)On-call, week day overnightsStarting pay: $14.60/hrWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as neededAnswer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusWhats in it for me?
