Join us at Arthrex, where your career can truly thrive.About the RoleReview and maintain surgical loaner instrument and implant setsTrack loaner sets and update the content when product expires or engineering changes occurUpdate the set inventory lists to reflect changes in lot codesFully understand and articulate loaner ERP system steps and transactionsAccurately transfer sets from work-in-progress storage location to available stock for shipmentWork with Commercial and Marketing to ensure a proper configuration is maintainedAbout the RequirementsExperience with SAP would be very beneficial; however, training can be provided. Having had experience in working as a Loan Kit Technician for another medical devices company would be ideal and highly considered; however, quality training can also be provided for anyone new to this career.Applications are welcome from CSSD Technician, Warehouse or Customer Service Specialists, and Biomedical graduates seeking entry to the Medical Device industry.Minimum requirements include:Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and under pressureStrong attention to detail when documenting required information/issuesExcellent analytical abilities, with good written and oral communication skillsAbility to work well within a group environmentIntermediate level Microsoft Excel and proficient in Word and OutlookGood physical and mental healthValid Australian work rightsAbout ArthrexArthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
