By tailoring each guests experience, you will create memories as delightful as the dishes and as unique as the wow events we bring to life.Working across our multiple restaurants and bars, you will be exposed to a variety of service styles from a la carte and buffet to refined dining.You will have an eye for detail and be an enthusiastic and approachable person who is motivated to take ownership and consistently deliver a unique guest experience.Ensure all food and beverage served is in accordance with brand standards and served at the appropriate time and place.Develop and maintain cohesive working relationships with immediate team and wider hotel team.Communicate to supervisor any difficulties with service, guest comments, and other relevant information.Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines, ensuring your direct reports do the same.What we need from you:Possessing a Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, ideally you will have at least six months experience in a resort-style food and beverage operation and will be looking to join a vibrant, professional, and motivated team that will give you the platform to further develop and build your food and beverage career.You will also have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays across a seven-day roster.
