We pride ourselves on maintaining a family business service culture while providing our clients with a national high-capacity fleet.We are seeking experienced Crane Technician to work as part of the maintenance team to support our Universal Cranes operations, here in Brisbane.We can offer the right candidates:A dynamic working environmentCompetitive rates of payAbout the roleAs the Crane Technician:Working on all cranes planned and unplanned maintenance activities.Repair cranes in the workshop and on-site.Complete repairs and diagnostics to minimise equipment downtime and cost.Repair and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems.Maintain electrical systems.Mechanical repairs and servicing.Promote health and safety at all times.Qualifications and experienceRequired:Demonstrated experience in the crane industry.Relevant tickets / licenses e.g. White Card.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Demonstrated experience as a positive team contributor.Preferred:High Risk Work License Open CraneCurrent Drivers License Heavy Rigid or aboveExperience in crane computer systemsCrane manufacture trainingThe successful candidates will also be subject to the following additional requirements as part of the role:The ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testingPolice check and other visa requirementsUniversal Cranes is committed to equal employment opportunity and embraces diversity and inclusion within its workforce.
