Maintenance Officer - Hetti Perkins home for the Aged.To continue the upkeep of our facility and grounds, a new opportunity has come available for an experienced All Rounder, Maintenance Officer to join the team at Hetti Perkins Home for the Aged facility, located in Alice Springs, NT. This position is being offered on a full-time basis working 38 hours per week at a salary of $30.44 - $31.79 / hour gross base (dependent on qualifications and experience).This role will see you undertake a range of generalist handyman duties to keep our facilities in the best condition possible. This includes handyman duties such as painting, fillers, and grounds maintenance including mowing, whippersnipping, and weeding. You will also provide support and guidance for external contractors who are on-site to support the facility.This opportunity will suit a person who is proactive and leads by example. You will have previous experience in a maintenance or handyman environment and be able to commit to full-time hours.
