The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our vibrant educational community. In this multifaceted role, youll assist visitors, contractors, parents, and students, ensuring a professional and friendly experience for everyone.The role involves handling the main switchboard, managing the visitor sign-in system, and assisting with student check-ins and check-outs. Excellent customer service skills are essential to maintain a high standard of efficiency and professionalism. Beyond front desk duties, the role includes engaging in diverse administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate student records, managing absences, and coordinating timetable updates and relief staff. It also plays a crucial role in organising school events, preparing correspondence, and managing resource bookings. As a valued member of the operations team, support for the Junior School Campus Administrator is needed as required.
