Personal Assistant for young man in Southport - FTE - 33.1k - Southport - PR9Job DescriptionPersonal assistant required to support a 20 year old male with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy who lives at home with his mother and siblings.RequirementsThe right candidate needs to be attentive, flexible, calm, patient and understanding.Along with the neuromuscular condition, support will be needed with Tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, personal care, and medication administration.This is a care and support role; all care needs are to be provided, but also support with independence, going to college, and general day-to-day activities.Experience is preferred, but full training will be given.Shifts and CompensationDay and night shifts available, 12 hour shifts.14.00/hr day shift.17.00/hr night shift.Driving licence is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
