The role involves managing one of Melbournes premium assets, enhancing tenant experiences, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager must have a strong grasp of the commercial real estate industry and excellent leadership skills to manage a large on-site team. This is a landmark asset for which we are seeking the best in the industry to lead into its next phase with remuneration and benefits commensurate with the role.An overview of the role: Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for the Client. Address concerns, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Asset Management: Understand and comply with property management agreements. Oversee operations, including financial performance, leasing, and tenant relations. Collaborate to develop strategic property plans.Customer Retention: Create and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and loyalty. Engage proactively with tenants to understand their needs and strengthen relationships. Work with marketing teams to develop targeted initiatives.Financial Performance: Maximise financial performance by managing budgets, expenses, and revenue. Analyse data and trends to make informed decisions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to enhance revenue streams.Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Conduct performance assessments and develop succession plans. Ensure all team members receive necessary training.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards. Implement risk management practices and focus on safety, security, and emergency preparedness.Sound like you? This is what were looking for: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.Licenses and Experience: Real Estate Licence in the relevant State/Territory is required.
