The Hotel & Wellness Co is an innovative operator of differentiated urban wellness venues and hotels in Australia. The group is set to launch a new wellness brand Stille in the coming months and has an exciting active pipeline of three development projects, with a goal to expand to become a leading wellness operator in Australia.The Senior Analyst will be a key member of the team, working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team to deliver The Hotel & Wellness Cos ambitious growth strategy.General responsibilities:Develop, own and maintain financial models for valuation, acquisition, capital raising, cash flow forecasting and internal and external reporting purposes;Assist with the end-to-end management of equity and debt capital raising processes, at both the asset level and corporate level;Preparation of pitch materials, presentations, information memorandums, investment papers and ad-hoc investment and performance analysis for internal and external distribution;New deal analysis hotel management operations and property developments and new capital opportunities; Conduct extensive research into specific markets and industries and the respective market drivers;General investor onboarding process including legal document coordination, filing information on system, updating registers, checklist;Various lender stakeholder management/communications.Required skills of ideal candidate:Ideally 5+ years relevant experience in corporate advisory, management consulting or similar;Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;Ideally, but not essential, experience in the real estate/property industry;Equity/debt structuring experience;Prior experience with professional/institutional investors desirable;Demonstrated ability to lead internal and external parties (legal/tax);Excellent communication and influencing skills both written and verbal;Ability to identify business opportunities, risks and trends;Experience in drafting pitch materials, presentations, investment memorandums and investment papers.Education / Qualifications:Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role that requires experience with financial analysis and modelling?How many years'' experience do you have in the real estate industry?How many years'' experience do you have in market research?What''s your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer? #J-18808-Ljbffr
