As a sales executive, you will build strong relationships with new and existing customers aimed at increasing market share and becoming the number 1 salon partner.This role will look after a sales territory with a perfect blend of established and potential new businesses in the South Sydney region.Duties:Maintain regular quality contact with the customer base through regular face-to-face visits at the salons;Drive the value of Education, Digital support, Services, Marketing & Sales activities;Understand your customer needs and truly partner with them to help them achieve their goals;Set targets annually for specific sales plans, KPIs, budgets, and targets for each customer, and track monthly, ensuring quarterly review meetings to assess progress against objectives and plan accordingly if necessary;Proactively develop relationships with key competitors customers with the objective to gain business;Analyse sales performance and promotional effectiveness of assigned accounts to develop and implement account strategies based on current and anticipated customer requirements;Utilize a range of channels and platforms (digital, social media & in person) to engage with our customers;Be the voice of the customer, passing on leads, knowledge, and feedback to relevant colleagues and departments;About You:You will have:Passion for the industry;Creative approach to solving problems;Fantastic Customer Service Experience;5+ years in the hairdressing industry with previous experience in sales/customer service (preferred);Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills with a results-focused mindset;Exceptional collaboration skills with a track record of working with others;Entrepreneurial spirit;Valid drivers license;Relevant qualifications in sales & marketing or related discipline highly regarded;Benefits & Culture:At the Wella Company, we passionately treat our business like our own and act accordingly.
