The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with strata regulations. The Strata Manager will work closely with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure the smooth running of strata properties. This role is based at Caringbah.About the role:Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance, and repairsEnsure compliance with strata regulations and bylawsCoordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely and effective resolution of issuesPrepare and present reports to strata councils and ownersManage strata council meetings and annual general meetingsMaintain accurate records and documentationProvide excellent customer service to property owners and tenantsWorking as part of the client services teamAbout You:Desirable - Bachelor''s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in strata management or property managementStrong knowledge of strata regulations and bylawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and property management softwareWe believe in nurturing a diverse and inclusive workplace to build for a bigger and brighter future.
